This perfectly creamy, crunchy and satisfyingly spicy mac and cheese will tickle the tastebuds and keep your friends and family asking for more.

Directions

  1. Line a small baking sheet with foil and spray with non-stick spray. Sprinkle half of the Frank’s Flavored Cheese evenly onto the greased foil. Place in a pre-heated 400 degree air fryer or regular oven and bake for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is golden brown. Remove from oven and set aside to cool. When cooled, break the sheet of crispy cheese into smaller pieces and transfer to a small bowl.
  2. Meanwhile, combine cream, water and salt in a large saucepan. Bring to a low boil.
  3. Add macaroni noodles and stir to prevent noodles from sticking. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until water and cream mixture has reduced and thickened slightly and noodles are al dente.
  4. Combine remaining ½ of a bag of Frank’s flavored cheese, the entire bag of mild cheddar cheese and cornstarch in a medium bowl. Gently toss to coat cheese with the cornstarch.
  5. Slowly stir cheese into the cooked pasta, stirring constantly until mixture is thick and creamy and cheese is fully melted.
  6. Spoon a heaping pile into bowls and sprinkle a generous amount of the reserved Frank’s crunchy cheese pieces. Serve.
