Pretty good cheese, but the smoke flavor is too mild in my opinion. I used it to make breakfast sandwiches with egg and sausage and it mostly tasted like normal cheddar to me. I feel like they could make it way more smoky and it would be even more delicious. As it stands I would buy it again though, it melts nicely and does taste good.
