This is a great addition to our cheese and cracker platter.
The cheese block has great marbling and it is just as tasty as any of the other block cheese brands out there.
We have long been fans of shredded Sargento cheese and now we will be shopping this brand in the block cheese section of our grocery store.
I was also hoping to find a white sharp cheddar block and I'm not sure if Sargento doesn't make it yet or if our local grocery store doesn't carry it but I will keep my eyes out on future shopping trips!
