Super Sargento Layered Appetizer Dip
Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz.) refried beans or refried black beans
- 1-3/4 cups (7 oz.) Sargento® Bistro® Blends Shredded Nacho & Taco Cheese , divided
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1 tomato, seeded, chopped
- 1 can (2.25 oz.) sliced black olives, drained (1/2 cup)
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro (optional)
- Tortilla chips or scoops
Directions
- Combine beans and 1-1/4 cups cheese. Spread mixture in an even layer onto a large round serving plate. Spread sour cream over beans; top with salsa, tomato, olives and remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Sprinkle with cilantro, if desired. Serve with chips.
